Stress Management Workshop

Rationale Stress is part of life it comes from many sources and its effects can vary greatly from person to person. Stress can cause losses of productivity in the workspace and can interfere with relationships both at work and at home.

This programme is designed to help the participant understand the nature of stress. Participants will be introduced to counteractive techniques for minimizing the impact of stress. The change in people's thinking patterns habitual reactions and inherent expectations will play a major role in the de-stressing process.
